I am constantly on the prowl for new things. I relish every chance to find something exciting to challenge and inspire me. Nothing does this better than music. Finding new tunes helps me focus on my work in international relations. I keep a tune on repeat in my head as I shoot events and nothing warms me up or calms me down better then my favourite playlist before a theatre performance.

My favourite tunes tend to belong to the broad genres of Indie, alternative rock, and contemporary music.

Here I am, sharing my playlists with you.

I love that I have a job that allows me to be able to listen to music while I work- at the drawing board, my laptop or in the kitchen. One of the things that made long travelling stretches bearable was having my fully stocked Ipod. I love how I can chose to compile soundtracks for my day and I love how sometimes my memories become associated with music. The radio proved to be a terrible place to find good music and I then formed a new hobby of searching the internet for new genres and new artists. It became such a rewarding hobby- that thrill of a discovery. And it's only fair that I share it with other people.
